DESCRIPTION:New Hampshire People and Places (3rd-12th grades)
 1 hour tour
  followed by 1 hour activity. 
 1 hour : The State of New Hampshire has 
 inspired artists for centuries.  Using the Currier's collection to explor
 e works of art with Granite State connections\, students will interpret de
 pictions of NH residents\, leaders\, and landscapes (real and imagined)\, 
 while considering the ways in which artists have interpreted the inhabitan
 ts and scenic terrain of the state over the years.

 Please only register students i
 n grades 3-12 for this event as space is limited. We recommend that you vi
 sit Livingston Park with younger children while the older students tour th
 e museum and complete the activity.
